Flush mount duplex wall jack assembly consisting of an ivory wall plate equipped with two F-type female connectors for RG-59U, 75 ohm coaxial cable as used for T.V. signal distribution. Screws are furnished for mounting in a standard electrical outlet box. Normally be used to terminate two T.V. sources, such as a cable T.V. circuit and a T.V. antenna.
